Ohio Life and Health Insurance Practice Exam Free - 2026
Ohio licenses Life and Accident & Health as separate major lines, but the Ohio Department of Insurance also offers one combined sitting: the Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent exam, Series 11-35, delivered by PSI. It is the route most Ohio candidates who want both lines take, because one 150-question exam replaces two 100-question exams.
How the Ohio life and health exam works
The outline is weighted by percentage rather than by fixed question counts. Insurance regulation alone is 10% of the exam - Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3905 licensing rules, unfair trade practices, and the Superintendent's powers - and the life and health halves each carry roughly 40%. Since March 13, 2026 the exam is offered only in person at PSI test centers; remote proctoring is no longer available.
